Vacuum kneader is mainly composed of kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electric control system. It is widely used in chemical production fields prone to bubbles such as silicone rubber, glass adhesive, butyl adhesive and hot melt adhesive. It is a technologically advanced machine in kneader industry. For all machinery, correct maintenance is an important guarantee to ensure its normal operation and prolong its service life. Therefore, we should not only focus on the use of vacuum kneader, but also carry out timely and reasonable maintenance and maintenance according to its maintenance specifications. The maintenance specifications of vacuum kneader are as follows:
1. The vacuum kneader shall be cleaned, decontaminated and wiped with anti rust grease after installation. Check each lubricating point and inject lubricating oil (grease). Lubricating oil generally uses 30-40 mechanical oil. The new kneader shall be refueled for the first time after 500 hours of use, and the new oil must be replaced. After continuous work, replace it every six months (8-hour working system). If the working time is long every day, the oil change time can be appropriately shortened. The lubricating grease of the feeding valve and each bearing shall be replaced regularly. For the new feeding valve, the lubricating grease shall be sodium base grease.
2. Before start-up, check the tension of V-belt. During adjustment, the motor can be moved to the appropriate position through adjusting bolts. The belt tightness is appropriate. The transmission chain shall be checked, adjusted or replaced regularly. An appropriate amount of mechanical oil shall also be applied, and the chain shall be cleaned regularly.
3. Before commissioning, check whether the circuit and electrical equipment are safe. If it is an electric heating kneader, be sure to check whether its grounding device is reliable. The kneader room shall also be cleaned and idled for 10-15 minutes. It shall be put into production after confirming that the machine operates normally. Generally, the noise of new gear (including reducer) may be relatively large during initial use, and the noise will naturally decrease after running for a period of time.
4. When steam heating is used, the inlet pipe shall be equipped with safety valve and pressure gauge, and the steam pressure shall not exceed the operating pressure requirements of mixing cylinder according to the label knowledge. The steam pipeline is not allowed to leak. When the machine is stopped, close the valve and ensure the reliability of the safety valve and pressure gauge.
5. In case of paddle kneading, the use of reverse rotation shall be minimized.
6. There shall be no leakage of raw materials at the sealing part of wallboard.
7. Overhaul shall be carried out after six months of operation, check the damage degree of vulnerable parts, and make appropriate adjustment and replacement.
